Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities
• Represents Corporate Marketing within assigned geographies, as the marketing expert in the area
• Identifies customer sub-segments and targets for acquisition, increased wallet share, and retention
• Develops localized marketing strategies/campaigns that align with Business Group strategies and Corporate Marketing campaigns
• Develops, implements, and manages Corporate Marketing strategies/campaigns through coordination with local geography leadership, external agency partners, and other internal Business Group partners to ensure integrated, comprehensive support for all initiatives
• Represents Corporate Marketing by building useful, credibility and reliance on data driven marketing programs for business success and return on investment (ROI)
• Provides marketing oversight and management for De Novo marketing strategy, including grand openings, and Thin Network marketing strategy
• Provides marketing oversight and support for experiential programs; Southeastern Conference (SEC), Financial Education, and multi-cultural
• Identifies strategic partnerships within assigned geography to help advance, support & promote overall business objectives, as well as Financial Education initiatives
• Implements Corporate Marketing’s disaster response plan as needed
• May manage other strategists
• May have a larger territory or extremely dense markets
• May manage multi-million dollar strategies
Requirements
• Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field
• Seven (7) years banking, marketing, sales or a related field

• Team work required in addition to individual contribution
