The Treasury Management Division offers payment solutions via both electronic/online channels or traditional paper based channels (Checks and Cash).

Position Overview:
The Commercial Card Product Manager is responsible for Commercial Card’s strategic direction, roadmap execution, marketing, and profitability. The individual will lead internal stakeholders and key vendors to develop best-in-class products that will help companies rethink the way they manage B-to-B expenses, including Travel and Expense (T&E) and supplier payments.
The Product Manager is the subject matter expert for commercial card products and tools used by our clients. The individual must have a strong focus on excellent client experience and how the product will be used in a business setting. Ease of product use and simplicity should be the hallmark of our products.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Commercial Card business product owner and subject matter expert
• Design, develop and build new commercial card products and enhance current products in partnership with Vendors, internal partners and key clients
• Leads product packaging, promotion, and development of market awareness of Commercial Card and client facing tool capabilities
• Provide ongoing product guidance and support for all business partners and help develop product training
• Stay current with Commercial Card industry product trends, and client expectations
• Research and report on best practices, advancements in industry, and competitive data to ensure Commercial Card product suite maintain competitive advantage
• Work with partners (e.g.: Executive Management, Sales, Onboarding, Servicing and Support, Operations, Credit, Risk, Legal, Marketing, external vendors, etc.) to coordinate consideration of new Commercial Card product development or enhancement of existing Commercial Card products; develop or update policies and procedures for Commercial card credit underwriting; and associated financial reporting
• Create interactive tools including rebate payment and modeling calculators
• Analyzes sales information, projections, and other meaningful data and prepares financial package to include actuals and forecasts
• Recommends marketing strategies including advertising, packaging, pricing, expense budgets, profit plans
• Works with sales teams to identify and implement appropriate sales strategies to identify opportunities
• Performs additional duties as assigned
Requirements
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of Commercial Card experience
• Experience launching Commercial Card products and services from business requirements to client delivery to drive revenue
• Possess knowledge of FDR commercial platforms or another leading processor
• Possess knowledge with Commercial Card client facing tools (e.g.: 360Control, DataChoice, IntelliLink, Virtual Card processing environment for supplier payments, or equivalent tools)
• Must be analytically oriented and be able to break down complex processes and explain it in simple terms to stakeholders
• Must be able to analyze problems from the perspective of all stakeholders - 360-degree analysis
• This candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills
• The candidate must possess excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office products to create memos/letters. Spreadsheets, client presentations, flow charts, etc.
• Must be a self-starter and be able to motivate her/his peers and influence partners in other areas to achieve common goals
• Must be able to manage multiple, complex projects and work in a fast-paced collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in Payables Industry
• Certified Cash Manager (CCM) or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)
• Knowledge of Treasury Management products and services
• Experience with product design and delivery (of any kind)
• Client facing interaction experience
