Key Performance Areas
The Credit Analyst Team Lead will be responsible for leading the credit team in supporting our sales function by cultivating customer relations and applying established credit and collection policies, practices and procedures for our portfolio of accounts. In this role, you will work proactively to resolve outstanding account issues, assign and review credit limits, as well as identify opportunities to improve processes. You will also be responsible for the day to day operations of the Credit team’s performance, including reporting SLAs, customer experience, employee engagement and compliance.
Your Profile
You have an Associate’s degree in Accounting/Finance and possess a high proficiency in collecting past due invoices and performing account reconciliations. You are a motivated and enthusiastic leader, who thrives in high volume, fast paced settings and have excellent interpersonal skills. SAP experience, as well as familiarity with Dunn & Bradstreet is required. Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
