What this job involves–
Successful candidates will have experience managing large / medium IBM TRIRIGA projects and maintaining all aspects of Project plans including:
• Timeline management
• Issue Resolution and escalation
• Communications & status reporting
• Vendor Management
• Risk Management
• Stakeholder Management
• Resource Management
• Deliverable Management
• Scope Management
• Demonstrated ability to focus on several different projects while still maintaining attention to detail
• Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, task and workflow analyses.
• Utilize project management skills to ensure successful software release process, including development and execution of project plans and ensuring internal organizational readiness. This requires the ability to effectively communicate (verbally and in writing) with all levels of the organization.
• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
• Help translate product specifications and business processes between clients and internal technical team
• Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams. Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Ensure that issues and action items are identified, tracked, reported on, and resolved in a timely manner
• Support user acceptance testing processes to ensure that product requirements are fully satisfied
• Work with internal stakeholders to execute project plans while developing best practices to facilitate high-quality software releases

Job Qualifications
• Experience with IBM TRIRIGA preferred however experience with other enterprise-class IWMS programs may be considered such as Manhattan, CenterStone, Archibus, eBuilder, Planon, Accruent and Lucernix
• Experience or understanding of real estate, facilities management, maintenance and operations, capitol projects and condition assessments preferred
• Extreme attention to detail and top organizational skills
• Strong communication skills
• Solid technical knowledge / aptitude
• Experience working within IWMS products or within the Real Estate and Facilities Management industries preferred
• Experience working as a Project Manager in a professional services organization for a growing software company
• PMP or SCRUM Certifications a major plus
• Preferred Experience: 2-5 years of experience with IBM Tririga
• Preferred Education: B.S. or B.A. in a related discipline
• Ability to travel as required for business needs
