As a leader within the Information Security organization, the Director of Identity & Access Management will build and maintain an enterprise wide program through the development and communication of a clear roadmap for long-term success balanced with short-term priorities. The position will also contribute to the broader information security strategy through collaboration and feedback with other leaders across the organization.
Job Responsibilities and Deliverables:
• Leading a globally distributed team of Identity & Access Management professionals; providing clear direction on design and implementation of automated Identity & Access Management / Governance tools.
• Contribute to the development of your own and team's technical acumen.
• Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges.
• Communicate effectively with Executive Leadership Team, as well as internal and external stakeholders.
Required Experience:
• 3 - 5 years leadership experience.
• Supervision and development of staff on multiple projects, and communications with executives.
• Experience designing and implementing Identity Management products.
• Communicating in an organized and knowledgeable manner in written and verbal formats.
• Collaboration with both technical and non-technical resources.
• Bachelors degree.
• Certification(s) Preferred: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), certifications with Identity Management products.
