New threats to our business, our partners and customers appear on the horizon every day, so no two days are the same. But there are some things you can count on doing:
• The Policies, Standards and Awareness team is responsible for several key Information Technology and Information Security functions: policies and standards lifecycle management and risk management activities. The individual that joins this transformational team will deliver best of breed policies, standards and supporting processes; streamline and improve the customer experience; and educate employees, contractors and third parties on our policies, standards and processes. Responsibilities: The Information Security Analyst is responsible for ensuring the administration of key governance processes as well as security consulting engagement requests through Information Security Services program.
This consists of:
• Performing end-to-end process management of ISS (Information Security Services, e.g., monitor site, respond to inquiries, provide program reporting, perform trend analysis, assign consultations and monitor aging, communicate to individuals impacted by trends)
• Supporting end-to-end process management of Policy & Standards Lifecycle Management for Information Security and Information Technology content (e.g., provide consultation and advisement to content developers on leveraging core process elements to drive improvement, enforce lifecycle management requirements, publish content to IS and IT library and generate reporting)
• Managing automated reporting for Policy & Standards core functions
• Partnering closely with team members and key stakeholders to drive compliance of Policies & Standards management
• Ensuring process compliance through the quarterly facilitation and management of PRSAs (e.g., development/review of test procedures, testing, establish protocol for documentation management, facilitate certifications of all process PRSAs)
• Partnering with PM Online team to support security products
• Supporting education and awareness activities for Information Security Services and Lifecycle Management
• Governing all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Playbooks for the ITRIS organization
• Supporting process improvement projects in partnership with key team members
Qualifications
Do you have what it takes to lead the way in cyber security?
• • Must have process management experience
• Knowledge of PRSA process is highly recommended
• Superior customer service skills and/or experience in supporting a coordinated function for receiving customer inquiries
• Proven leadership and interpersonal relationship skills to lead and influence leaders at all levels in the organization
• Strong written and verbal communication with solid presentation skills
• An understanding of Risk and Control disciplines
• Basic knowledge of AXP Information Security policies, standards, procedures and supporting content
