General Description and Essential Functions
This position is responsible for providing support on various functions within the BSA Department.
• Performing Quality Control of identified functions within the department.
• Review and Analyze Customer Due Diligence information as it pertains to high risk customers.
• Work thru monthly BSA worklist items, submitting a case on any questionable results.
• Evaluate monthly loan reports for review of suspicious activity.
• Review monthly Cashier’s Checks reports for unusual transactions.
• Analyze Monetary Instrument Reports for to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Communicate results to management.
• Manage deadlines to regulatory requirements.
• Any additional functions assigned by the supervisor to assist within the BSA Department.
Qualifications/Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Banking (3-5 years) experience required: BSA experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software; highly skilled in Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven attention to detail with ability to take broad direction and execute detailed actions effectively.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to create collaborative working relationships.
