Job Description:
Review loan files and complete quality control checklist
Complete review of original loan documents
Adhoc reporting as it pertains to support of personal bankers and management
Primary duties as listed above include but are not limited to supporting the needs of internal and external customers. Which could include handling inbound calls, collection and /or reviewing documentation. Validate data and as needed, support reporting needs and reviewing for accuracy. Work closely with management to inform of system or process challenges. Ensure adherence to required banking regulations and work under supervision of a manager. Review loan files and complete quality check, ensure funding completed by deadline as needed, file loan documents according to procedures and guidelines, ability to manage workload based on anticipated loan funding dates.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
The qualified candidate will possess the following combination of skills and experience:
0-2 years experience in mortgage industry preferred but not required
Ability to work independently
Excellence verbal and written communication skills
Computer skills: working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet, and basic computer skills
Ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines
Ability to effectively prioritize workload and manage changes in direction
Ability to interpret and apply required policies and procedures
Ability to work in a team environment
Strong organizational abilities with careful attention to detail
Excellent phone and email etiquette
Outstanding customer service skills
Special Projects as needed
Graphic design experience preferred but not required
Hours of availability: Monday – Friday Night Shift 11:30am-8pm w/ rotating weekends
