We currently have an opening for a Business Implementation Analyst (BIA). The BIA is part of the newly formed Implementation Management Office (IMO), within the Chief Operating Office (COO). The IMO manages multiple strategic programs to support and enhance our value of as a newly listed Public Company. This role will assist in managing Company projects such as preparing to transition our brand and driving growth and efficiencies to meet goals we’ve communicated to the market.
Job Description:
This position will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of an appropriate cadence and coordination with all critical business partners – ultimately creating the plan for “stand-alone” business readiness and ensuring execution of strategic initiatives.
The Business Implementation Analyst role activities will include, but not be limited to:
• Work closely with business area leaders to identify all key functional processes across the firm:
◦ Assist in the planning and the target state design of the future operating model
◦ Work closely with business area leaders to identify all key functional processes across the firm
◦ Manage and assist in the direction of consultant relationships
◦ Identify issues, structure problems and generate actionable recommendations using formal problem-solving frameworks and critical thinking
• Develop and manage weekly status reports, create executive-level reports and interact with global colleagues
• Participate in the creation and delivery of presentations to senior management, including the Executive Committee, in very clear, structured formats
• Understand broad project planning requirements; lay out a project plan with direction from appropriate business area stakeholders, as necessary
◦ Develop and write executive-level memos and research papers
◦ Manage ambiguity, complex subject matters and concurrent deliverables
◦ Support multiple work streams and assist in meeting stated goals
◦ Integral knowledge of how to manage multiple work stream schedules is a highly critical aspect of this role
◦ Deliver data extracted from the work schedule to proactively manage issues/risks along with the critical path
◦ Draw conclusions based on independent evaluation of data and project schedules for review by the project team
◦ Work seamlessly with team members, leadership committee to achieve outcomes
Basic Requirements:
• BA / BS in Business, Accounting or Finance
• Advanced Excel experience in creating pivot tables and macros
• Minimum of one-year experience implementing projects for business unit across a large organization
Preferred:
• Master’s Degree in related discipline
• Experience with budget forecasting and analysis
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills
• Knowledge/Experience with Mergers and Acquisitions
• Business process consulting (Six Sigma, Lean etc.)
• Experience facilitating meetings
• Experience collaborating with and speaking/presenting to senior management
