Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Emerging & Differentiated Services, the Mobile & Digital Experience Leader will be responsible for Scaling the Instatouch Solutions Suite for Equifax. This is a unique opportunity to take a proven offering to the next level at a top Fintech provider. This senior leader will be highly regarded in the mobile ecosystem and must be fearless and confident in their ability to generate new business development opportunities of a multi-stakeholder offering that includes Technology, Compliance, UX, Fraud, and Business sponsors.
This role will have P&L responsibility, including setting sales and Go to Market strategy, operational performance of products and solutions to the customers served and will help create, implement and execute on strategy for growth of the business. This leader will also manage, supervise, and lead a direct team of sales professionals to exceed assigned sales targets and will have a comprehensive understanding of the industries served, market and emerging trends.
The successful candidate must demonstrate impressive executive success in four key areas: (i) Ability to survive and thrive in the dawn of a new product line launch, within the mobile, digital non-display advertising and e-commerce revolution; (ii) A demonstrated track record of success in building, training and managing sales teams; (iii) An impressive talent in developing, framing and delivering complex product and solution offerings in clear, crisp and compelling ways to clients; and (iv) A demonstrated laser-focus on setting, managing and achieving gen 2 roll-out goals, including but not limited to engagement and revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the team to develop relationships with a variety of partners (technology, e-commerce, incubators), identify mutually beneficial relationships & revenue streams and create high level business terms.
• Work with the leaders of other teams, including product, engineering, sales, finance, legal and marketing -- to help scale Equifax mobile platform and strategy.
• Educate and inspire the internal Equifax audience specifically in the areas of mobile commerce, payments, and mobile banking. Arm them with the ability to do the same with customers and partners.
• Develop long and short term strategies and tactics for growth
• Develop brand and messaging to attract and retain customers
• Develop a culture of success and employee engagement
• Achieve revenue and profit targets
• Work directly with the SVP, senior leadership, key stakeholders and subject matter experts across the enterprise, to help identify and take responsibility for enterprise-level initiatives to support continued building of Equifax's foundational processes and capabilities.
• Recruit, develop and manage direct reports’ performance.

• Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to ensure they are properly trained to undertake greater responsibilities.
• Drive innovation throughout the organization.
• Keep abreast and promptly understand the market trends, competitive developments, and customer spending behaviors. Communicate the implications to management, and make adjustments to sales, product and operational strategies as needed.
• Lead direct reports in identifying relevant startups, partners and clients, develop relationships and consult on mobile platform with our key customers.
• Significant interaction with Equifax account teams and leadership to build a collaborative relationship in a complex solution.
Requirements
• 5 – 10 years of experience in a business development, product, partnerships or other externally-facing role; MBA a plus while not required.
• 7 – 10 years of experience managing professional level teams, management and sales.
• Experience in sales of a new product launch and/or new technology.
• Strong mobile, non-display digital advertising and e-commerce industry background; preferably in the banking, digital, mobile and/or retail industry.
• Passionate and avid user of latest mobile applications, devices, technology.
• Self-starter with ability to work autonomously; with a roll-up your sleeves attitude.
• Passionate about technology, payments, and/or the Equifax brand.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for communicating technical product information both verbally and in writing.
• Strategic planning skills including the translation of strategic ideas into executable actions.
• Proven ability to meet budget, revenue and profit goals.
• Strong financial and business acumen including direct P&L experience.
• Demonstrated mastery in the areas of communications, presentation skills, sales and consulting.
• Ability to negotiate and create consensus where appropriate with internal groups and external clients and/or strategic partners.
• Sales management and coaching skills.
• Expertise in the sales management competencies.
• Proven ability to lead and build high performing organization and teams.
• Ability to learn, monitor and act upon industry trends.
• Experience in sales of a new product launch and/or new technology.
• Strong Subject matter expertise in Mobile products and technology applications or related fields required.
• Strong technical skills and ability to utilize PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and other programs effectively.
• Position will require some travel – approximately 30%.
Education:
• Minimum; Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, finance, or related field/experience; with a strong preference for a post graduate degree.
