***Location: Anywhere in the US
As International Program Manager (Americas) – Food you will be responsible for driving the Food segment strategy within the Americas region (North and South America) and ensuring accomplishment of key commercial targets.
DAY TO DAY:
• Lead program management activities within the Americas region for the Tetra Pak program. This will entail co-ordination with the Global Account Manager and GBU MT members to develop and execute the program strategy. Management of key stakeholders within the Tetra Pak organisation across multiple platforms (Global and Local Finance and Commercial teams) and multiple countries.
• Manage and drive the North American Rabobank relationship within the Food segment. This will require engagement with local management and also Rabobank Relationship managers to align strategy and drive business development.
• Provide input into development, review and assessment of both short term and long term strategic goals, including overall profitability, new business growth and customer satisfaction within the Food segment
• Manage and drive the entire sales process via a consultative sales approach working with customers (C-suite), prospects and suppliers to identify specific needs, then aligning internally with appropriate parties to provide a customized solution that differentiates ourselves from the competition.
• Assist the Global Business Development Manager in identifying, developing and executing on potential new manufacturer vendor relationships within the Food segment.
• Support and coach local sales teams within the region as it relates to Food segment opportunities. Ensure GBU Food strategy alignment at country level with local country MT members.
• Support and manage the development of appropriate transactional documentation/structures in cooperation with local departments (legal, tax, credit etc.)
• Prepare and present documentation and proposals for review in credit, risk, asset management approval committees
• Manage complex and structured accounts
• Work closely in an international matrix environment with Global Business Unit to support development of new food related products and services.
• Generate income opportunities: -
1. Volume/Margin/Fees/Gross Profit
2. Non-interest Income and Fair Market Value
3. Expansion of customer base

• Experience in LATAM markets within the vendor finance model
• Strong capability in credit/risk assessment and legal document negotiation
• Respects diversity in cultural backgrounds. Can instil a common sense of purpose within diverse and decentralized teams
• Capable of working independently and as part of a “virtual team” across geographies and disciplines within the matrix environment
