Job SummaryAssociate Client Partner for DMS Direct responsible for hunting, cultivating and closing new business opportunities for the Decision Management Suite product line in North America.

As an Associate Client Partner for our Decision Management Solutions Group, you’ll be responsible for hunting, cultivating and closing new business opportunities for the Decision Management Suite product line in North America.- VP, Solution Sales
What You’ll Contribute
• Conduct outreach through email, phone calls and chat to qualify prospects and users who have downloaded community and trial versions of DMS products in North America.
• Understand user needs and provide resources to help them become successful with DMS products.
• Build relationships with senior client stakeholders to gain insights into their most urgent business problems while articulating DMS capabilities.
• Close on new accounts and upsell existing customers while consistently exceeding quarterly quotas and goals.
• Work with sales leadership and marketing to implement strategy and process.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Product Marketing, Pre-Sales and Delivery to shape the future direction of our products based upon market needs.
• Demonstrate the DMS products.
What We’re Seeking
• A Bachelor’s degree in a business or science-based discipline.
• 1-3 years of related sales experience.
• Demonstrated success selling enterprise software products as an inside sales or field representative.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, professional presentation and process/organization skills, as well as strong creative orientation and the ability to craft innovative solutions.
• Intellectual agility and natural curiosity.
• Proven ability to create a comprehensive client business plan to manage account sales while accurately forecasting future bookings and revenues.
• Ability to work with others cross functionally as part of solution team.
• Ability to travel up to 25%
