Responsible for the planning and execution of multiple Lean projects that will translate company strategies into action, deliver significant ROI, reduce risk, and achieve strategic objectives. Serves as a mentor and partner with business units to identify future opportunities and supporting talent acquisition/development initiatives. Serves as a trusted advisor to senior business stakeholders and spearheads innovative solutions, while partnering with key support functions such as Finance, HR, and Compliance during implementation.
Responsibilities
• Partners with other areas to promote the business unit and deliver enterprise-wide strategic-level presentations to foster company-wide understanding and acceptance.
• Builds relationships with key constituents necessary to deliver project results, including identifying and breaking down barriers/obstacles, collaborating with key players to influence change.
• Leads the design and development of internal support initiatives to Projects Team, such as talent acquisition, talent development, knowledge management, and process management.
• Enhances the professional development, team cohesion, and morale for a team by conducting regularly scheduled coaching sessions, performance reviews, and team collaboration activities.
• Supports project pipeline and Lean portfolio development by forging close relationships with senior leaders to identify the most critical process improvement opportunities across the company, based on findings from areas such as Voice of the Customer, Voice of the Business, Voice of the Employee, and balanced scorecards.
• Supervises multiple team members on deliverables throughout the project lifecycle that are completed under DMAIC and DMADV frameworks to ensure projects are completed on-schedule, within budget, and within quality requirements.
Skills:
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Technical, Quantitative, Social Science, Liberal Arts, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Process Management, Program Management, Strategic Planning, Performance Measurement, or related field
• In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Process Management, Program Management, Strategic Planning, Performance Measurement, or related field, including people management

erred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Quantitative, Operations Management. or related field
• 4+ years of Management Consulting or related field
• 4+ years of coaching, mentoring, employee development, or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt
