Job Description:
At Regions the Talent Management Program Manager at this level is a key role partnering with leaders of various functional teams across all our business groups to design, implement, and manage the talent management, performance management, and succession planning programs. Responsible for making sure these programs are aligned with the strategic and operational goal of the business. Will be responsible for the overall growth and strategy for these programs.
Primary Responsibilities
• Designs and implements key talent, succession and performance management programs across Regions
• Responsible for Regions Performance Management programs working with HR Partners and HR CoE to design and facilitate learning programs to support the performance process
• Designs and implements the performance management strategy and calibration process
• Works closely with HR Business Partners, business leaders and HR CoE to execute talent succession and development planning
• Designs and deploys strategies which will enhance people, processes, and performance and enable Regions to achieve its business priorities and maintain its competitive advantage
• Maintains strong relationships with HR CoE, business leaders, and associates
• Focuses on providing diverse learning and development experiences at each stage over a person's career span
• Offers programs that accelerate high-potential talent and ensure a consistent leadership pipeline
• Consults with associates at all levels and coaches on development issues
• Liaises with HR Analytics team to execute reporting and measurement strategy
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related
• Ten (10) years progressive experience in a program management or project management role preferable in HR operations, talent management or learning & development with strong relationship development experience
• Travel may be required
