Contribute to the growth of Workplace Solutions through the execution of key broker partnerships at all levels, for purposes of attaining division sales goals and profitability targets.
*This position can work remotely.
Essential Job Functions:
• Build, manage and grow strategic relationships with key national and regional consulting, broker firms and broker firm organizations for purposes of helping to achieve division sales, growth and profitability metrics.
• Strategize, determine goals and spearhead initiatives related to execution of partner relationships in order to maximize growth at local, regional and national levels.
• Identify, review and assess new distribution partners.
• Educate and engage salesforce to support and execute on existing partner relationships and initiatives for purposes of achieving key division objectives and targets at all levels.
• Work collaboratively with VP Distribution & Marketing to implement and support key strategies related to execution of partnerships
• Lead and attend national and regional partnership events as needed...
• Maintain high performance standards related to execution of partnership goals.
• Manage travel to budget.
• This position may require frequent standing or walking for extended periods of time.
• This position requires 30-50% travel, which may include flying and/or driving and some overnight stays.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Strong experience and extensive knowledge of Group Insurance products.
• Proven experience in interacting with sales personnel.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proven success with developing and fostering partnership relationships.
• Proven success in strategic development of relationships for purpose of executing on strategic growth.
• Ability to work independently and proven success as a self-starter.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience with developing and managing broker relationships in the Group Insurance market.
• Knowledge of competitors' products and positioning.
