The People Team
The People team’s vision is to enrich the lives of every team member at Dun & Bradstreet globally. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Professional with demonstrated experience and a genuine passion recruiting for sales. Our ideal candidate will be a sales generalist who thrives on building relationships with senior leaders, applying a consultative mindset to influence the assessment and selection of sales talent.
Key Responsibilities:
• You’ll manage full life cycle recruiting including requisition creation, direct sourcing, candidate assessment and offer negotiation.
• You’ll be “business curious” and invest time building effective partnerships with sales leaders so you fully understand our business and feel confident when explaining it to others.
• You’ll be a trusted advisor to hiring leaders and will be able to help guide thinking around the best profiles for our roles.
• You’ll deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through timely communication and transparency.
Key Requirements:
• On your resume we will see 5-7 years of sales recruiting experience. Our ideal candidate will have experience recruiting sales professionals in applications software or the information services industry. Previous agency experience is also highly desired.
• You will have sales acumen, an understanding of the sales cycle and demonstrated experience in effectively assessing talent to identify the high producing sales talent.
• You will have direct sourcing experience and will be able to talk through your direct sourcing strategies.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
