We are seeking an individual interested in joining our team for a full-time, 6-month internship in downtown Philadelphia to begin January 2019. This role will work alongside 5 of our partners and provide additional general support to the office.
Responsibilities
• Management of prospective and current client information in our CRM
• Support for Partners and Managers in maintaining up to date information in CRM
• Support or Lead role in preparing engagement letters and proposals incorporating the use of desktop publishing tools as necessary.
• Supporting and coordinating client and prospect events
• Partnering with our marketing team to support local branding and creation of marketing materials
• Perform electronic file conversions for files from merged accounting firms (not a primary responsibility but one to perform during periods of otherwise low activity)
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree: Marketing, Communications, English, Psychology, or other Liberal Arts degrees Preferred
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
• Motivated self-starter, with a willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient Skills in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Desire to learn new technology and leverage reporting and analytics
• Experience and desire to gain great proficiency working with desk top publishing software
• Ability to work in our Media, PA office conceivably several days a month depending on specific projects.
• Light office administrative duties
