About the position:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting the development of the go to market approach and on-going Marketing Strategy for the Annuity product suite. They would help develop the positioning, development of target personas and understand the customer journey and help devise strategies to help overcome any obstacles in that journey. This is an exciting time in the organization as we continue to innovate on how we go to market with our solutions and add value to consumers lives. We are looking for an exceptional Marketer to help us realize the growth potential of these solutions.
A Day in the Life:
A day in the life of the Marketing Manager is an enjoyable day which includes working across the business to understand needs and identify opportunities to tailor marketing strategies which will support our Annuity Products. Efforts will include co-creating marketing strategies and messaging with end customers and working with other business areas to devise and execute on these marketing strategies. You work with Legal and Compliance to devise a messaging strategy that is clear and customer friendly and partner with them to develop solutions that meets everyone’s needs. You work with Analytics Team to track the great marketing initiatives and stories you create to assess their impact. You learn what works and does not and continue to iterate and continuously improve.
Qualifications
• You are looking for a unique marketing challenge to help drive a new way to market financial products
• You have previous experience marketing to all types of Registered Investment Advisors including: Registered Advisors, Corporate RIA’s, Fee Only & IMO
• You have experience in positioning investments to a wide variety of Financial Advisors
• You have experience in launching Marketing strategies with a keen focus on story telling
• You have a fluency in using analytics to make decisions
• You have experience in developing marketing strategies based on customer insights
• You have developed segmented approaches to drive personalized messaging and strategies
• You have led innovative go to market product launches that showed measurable impact
• You have developed and implemented on thought leadership programs
• You have great cross-collaboration skills and can influence and inspire
• You are curious about the business and our customer's needs
• 4+ years in Consumer Marketing or Financial Services Marketing (Financial Services industry experience a plus); Bachelor’s Degree required
