The purpose of this role is to serve as the client-facing credit union business and data insights translator. Serves as the post-implementation performance manager to ensure value capture and satisfaction across AdvantEdge Analytics products. This role is the trusted advisor to clients to lead the translations and interpretation of the data. They are a key resource with assisting clients with their execution strategies based on the results and insights from our predictive models, Visualizations, and platform solutions. The role is responsible for performing assessments to identify customer capabilities and requirements needed for successful activation focused on marketing, digital, and outbound engagement. Work Location: Madison, WI preferred or anywhere in the continental United States (open to considering remote/home-office based candidates)
Job Responsibilities:
• Serves as client-facing analytical translations delivery owner for the deployment of our data and analytics solutions and is responsible for the credit union program results and value delivery across multiple AdvantEdge Analytics solutions. Acts as client success advocate, connecting dots between the credit union business needs and our provided products and solutions.
• Involved throughout the client journey with gathering detailed customer business requirements, translating needs to product/operations, translating data insights back to the customer, and acts as VOC in partnership across the internal teams to ensure success deployment and delivery of our products and services.
• Effectively synthesizes and presents model outputs, clustering findings, member segmentation analysis, and data insights to clients across products. As part of the ongoing data re-fresh, provide performance reporting back to clients, provide recommendations based on campaign performance as well as share new insights from the credit union data.
• Working with and leveraging internal subject matter experts to drive client adoption and activation of insights (e.g., change management, digital media, call center, direct mail, Campaign as a Service, etc.) to achieve business value.
• Collaborate with sales, data analysts, implementation, technical, data scientists, and other client facing teams to deliver results for our clients.
• Catalogs and communicates product ideas, improvements and enhancements to product development teams.
• Partners with the Implementation Engagement Manager to ensure consistent understanding of customer experience requirements and design solutions to be executed in end-to-end process with credit union.
• Resolves operational issues through assessment and understanding of the capabilities and limitations, recommend solutions and implement the agreed upon outcome.
• Build awareness internally, including ensuring that Sales Executives are familiar with product vision and business potential.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or related field or equivalent professional work experience.
• 5 or more years of prior experience in combining sales or business knowledge and data analytics.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Ability to understand, interpret and communicate complex concepts, such as statistics, statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, data mining and data visualizations.
• Ability to navigate throughout the company at all levels.
• Excels at establishing effective and diverse relationships, motivating teams, especially through indirect influence, and delivery of timely results.
• Experience and comfort working in a dynamic environment with agile teams, where not all requirements or analytic insights are defined initially.
• Prior successful experience managing large comprehensive/complex projects with direct and indirect resources.
• Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to determine root causes of performance within systems and processes.
• Ability to prioritize among multiple client needs and understand business needs and trade-offs.
• Understand stakeholder motivations, politics and impacts to the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, concisely, logically, tactfully, and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Up to 30% travel may be required.
