You are an energetic leader who is truly client obsessed and loves working with teams to design and deliver exceptional products to clients. You will be integrated into the squad and work directly with its members to prioritize and manage what needs to be done and by when. Working with squad members without direct authority over them will be key to your success – you are a servant leader and embody that in how you approach the work. You will coordinate closely with your tribe leader to stay aligned on business goals and make sure your squad is progressing and delivering against them. You will also represent the voice of the customer, whether internal or external, and make sure squad members understand their needs and preferences. To get this work done, you will maintain and prioritize the backlog of user stories that your squad members will use to inform their work.
The Team
The HSA “Stacked Debit Card” Squad is a new squad dedicated to developing an industry-leading solution for workplace participants utilizing our HSA and other workplace benefit programs, including FSAs and HRAs. A “stacked debit card,” also referred to as a “flexible debit card,” has the capability to access multiple accounts on one card. The “stacked card” will leverage our partnership with an industry-leading provider of debt card services and technology. This new squad’s initial design target is Fidelity Workplace HSA Plan Sponsors and Plan Participants. This new capability will simplify the day-to-day spending experience of our customers who participate in multiple health-related savings and reimbursement programs as part of their workplace benefits.
This new squad will be a part of the PI Wealth Management Domain, within the PI Retirement and Income Solutions Tribe.
As a Squad Leader, you will be responsible for...
• Setting an overall vision to direct and inform the squad’s work
• Overseeing what is delivered by the squad and by when
• Delivering business results and customer value
• Supporting and enabling the squad to get its work done
• Product Management
• Share Tribe KPIs with your primary aligned Chapter/Chapter Area Leaders
• Enabling PI by modelling agile and digital behaviors
The Expertise You Have
• Payment platforms and regulations; e2e core business processes, fraud prevention, workplace health benefits programs
• Bachelors Degrees in Engineering, Operations Management, or Business; Leadership Development and MBAs a plus
• 10+ years of product management, technology, and / or process management experience
• Strong technology background
• Experience working with external vendors and their sub-contractors
• Experience setting and managing expectations with multiple internal stake holders
• Banking and or payments services experience a plus
• Software / technology project experience
• Agile work experience
