• The Mortgage Center Advisor (MCA) Intern will be able to work on projects designated by the Mortgage Center Advisor Manager to help work out inefficiencies through fresh eyes.
• The Intern will have uninterrupted and dedicated time to document and detail processes as they are currently outlined, and assist in providing feedback on how things can be improved.
• The work completed by the Intern will help to improve process and productivity which will help increase production and our bottom line.
• The intern will learn the start to finish overview of the mortgage process, and how direct sales teams operate at both the micro and macro levels.
• The Intern will be responsible for designing a business plan, inclusive of a lead campaign aimed at driving mortgage originations to the MCA team (summer project.)
• The Intern will work collaboratively with marketing, and his manager to brainstorm parameters to generate leads at a cost effective basis.
• The Intern will develoop reporting to determine existing campaign efficacies.
• The Intern will assist with Ad Hoc reporting.
• Assist MCAs with data entry
• Assist with trouble shooting workflow issues throughout the loan cycle

Qualifications:
• A rising Sophomore, Junior or Senior in a full-time undergraduate program.
• Maintain a good academic standing with the University
• Candidates will possess strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Candidates should reside in a commutable distance from the Chemical Bank location to which they are assigned.
• Eligible to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship from the company
• Demonstrates a strong interest in Chemical Bank
Position Requirements:
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong time management skills
• Must have strong attention to detail skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Must have proficient verbal and written communication skills
Work Hours:
Work schedule is approximately 40 hours per week Monday through Friday 8:00 – 5:00
