Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and driven professional who will be responsible for collaborating across our team and organization, has great business savvy, and to lead projects for this client-dedicated account team
Position Purpose
Preparing and the reviewing our accounts financials, budgets, forecasts, month-end accruals, GL reconciliation, financial and expense analyses. Provide management and our client with accurate and timely financial data and support for business planning and decision making.
Responsibilities
• Lead the planning, budgeting and forecasting activities; including facility-related and professional fee expenses
• Help define reporting and analysis needs of the business and client
• Establish, document and enhance existing financial processes.
• Prepare a monthly reporting package and lead a monthly meeting reviewing the report with the client.
• Responsible for providing month-end accruals for significant expense items to client.
• Help identify and collaborate with team and management to streamline existing processes.
• Identify tactical and strategic opportunities, gaps, and financial risks through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Special projects and other functions as required by manager or client.
Qualifications
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA a plus.
• Superior Excel skills including experience in building financial models.
• Proficiency with JD Edwards E1 General Ledger and ORACLE system a plus.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills required.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks and be able to shift priorities quickly.
• Strong presentation and communication skills (oral and written) required.
• Demonstrates consistency in values, principles and work ethic.
