Position Overview:
The Senior Recruiter will have full life cycle recruiting responsibility supporting all business units and product lines within MSCI with a focus on IT.
Scope of Responsibility:
• Will have full life cycle recruitment responsibilities
• Perform in depth interviews for all the potential candidates. This will include analyzing skill set, cultural fit and compensation expectations
• Develop strategic partnerships with hiring managers and HRG’s This will consist of having regular check-ins and providing exceptional customer service
• Partner with the compensation team to create offers utilizing internal and external market data
• Ensure time to fill, cost per hire, diversity and client satisfaction goals are met/exceeded
• Work with TA Ops to ensure all candidates are scheduled in a timely, efficient manor
• Lead or participate in global recruitment based projects. Projects include supporting our commitment to diversity, improving our campus recruiting programs, ensuring our recruitment process is best in class, employer branding as well as optimizing our social media presence
Specific Knowledge and skills:
• Seasoned professional corporate recruiter. Will consider someone with agency experience.
• Experience recruiting IT professionals at the mid to senior level is a must
• Must be highly proficient in utilizing LinkedIn and other social media tools/job boards
• Excellent cusstomer service/relationship management skills
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems (we utilize Taleo)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• 7+ years
Desired Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree, as well as a minimum of 7+ years of full life cycle IT recruitment experience.
