Provides advanced marketing support to management and financial professionals.
Works in conjunction with branch management team and staff to develop marketing programs.
Coordinates and manages all marketing activities and materials and promotes ad provides support for associate incentive programs.
Plans all inclusive and local events as requested and acts as conference coordinator.
Assists with local branding and advertising and promotes associate website capability with help from technology team.
Partners with corporate headquarters to enhance the value of corporate marketing programs.
Manager of district support staff under direction of BOM and backs up BOM when traveling or out of office.
Communication Manager for branch and contact for EPG producers and Firms.
QUALIFICATIONS:
College degree required.10 plus years experience in professional environment with people management skills.. Ability to communicate with all levels or organization including executive management and headquarters personnel. Detail oriented with ability to make decisions quickly . Microsoft office skills at intermediate level or higher. FINRA registrations a plus.(S7 and S24)
