Opportunity Overview
The Operational Excellence Deployment Leader will have the responsibility across the Client Strategies Group division to drive operational excellence results and best practices by working with the Products, Marketing, Trading, Research and Solutions areas. The role consists of identifying, defining, prioritizing and leading projects to drive innovation, design thinking, improve operational efficiency, strengthen processes, and uncover opportunities for abandonment. The division OE Leader will work in alignment with the firm's Operational Excellence resources using Lean, Six Sigma and other quality methodologies to ensure consistency and leverage best practices.
Position Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
• Master's Degree/MBA preferred
• Acquire appropriate licenses as required by the business area (Series 7 and 66)
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required, Master Black Belt preferred
• At least 8 years' experience in a people and/or project leader role required
• At least 5 years' experience with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Quality / Process Improvement, and/or Operational Excellence
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach in the practical application of Operational Excellence tools to drive significant business impact
• Excellent interpersonal, written communication and presentation skills at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to effectively lead change initiatives and exercise influence without authority
• Demonstrated analytical ability with understanding of advanced inferential statistics, predictive modeling and experience with Minitab
