Position Overview:
Human Resources at Brink’s is a true strategic business partner with Operations and collaboratively works to design and implement performance-driven compensation and reward programs. Brinks Inc. is looking for a Senior Director Compensation & HR Operations to work hand in hand with the Senior Vice Vice President of Human Resources, U.S. and help make an even greater impact on the business. Position will have oversight and stewardship of Compensation, HRIS and Analytics for Brink’s U.S. as well as providing guidance to Payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
• Business partner to Senior Vice President of Human Resources, U.S., Field Human Resources VPs & business leaders in the design, delivery and oversight of Compensation, HRIS and Analytics
• Design and oversee all incentive programs other than the Global Brink’s Incentive Plan including but not limited to Field Bonus Plans for front line employees and DVPs, Branch Managers, as well as sales compensation plans.
• Provide compensation recommendations /offers for all positions in Brink’s Inc. (new hires, promotions)
• Liaise with global total rewards in setting pay for Tier 1 positions, salary, bonuses equity grants
• Provide oversight and guidance to HRIS and Payroll
• Oversee the performance appraisal and the merit review process
• Coordinate all Benefit Communications and oversee annual open enrollment
• Oversee the design and delivery of HR Analytics
Position Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
• 15 plus years of experience in Compensation and HR Operations
• 7 to 10 years of experience in a leadership role
• Bachelor Degree in HR, Math, or Business required. MBA preferred.
