Overview
Lead the optimization program for integrated facilities management to support the accounts in fulfilling their Management Service Agreement (MSA) requirements and institute the JLL foundational expectations. Success will be measured by Account team and client satisfaction based on satisfying the objectives of the JLL foundational expectations and MSA requirements completed.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Lead the overall JLL optimization team by establishing a program strategy, vision, plan, and tracking to that plan
• Leadership of Corrigo Optimization program
◦ Development and management of accounts annual Corrigo performance road maps
◦ Establish relationship with business intelligence service line to partner with ongoing Corrigo reports and dashboards
◦ Report on Corrigo baseline accounts to standardize platform practices (JACS, COIs, PRO, Finance, etc.)
◦ Responsible for identifying, driving and documenting NA accounts’ Corrigo gain share and proof points for sales and deployments.
◦ Works closely with account leadership to improve efficiencies and functionalities of Corrigo at the account levels
• Report on IFM new accounts through optimization post transition and provide backup support to the IFM transition manager
• Collaborate with Product/Service Leads to identify foundational transition items for optimization
• Establish an overall program that will identify, document and institute Account go forward Foundational expectations to include:
◦ Operational Manuals
◦ Roles and Responsibilities
◦ Program Development such as Preventative Maintenance, HSSE, BCP
◦ Financial Requirements such as baseline, budget development, monthly and variance reporting
◦ Computerized maintenance management systems (Corrigo, Maximo, etc.)
◦ Sourcing Strategy and COI compliance
◦ Site Assets and procedures i.e. MOP/SOP
◦ Managing items for which Corporate Solutions does not have a support structure: Integrated work request process, data management, overall QA program and security
• Structure and lead focused resources to appropriately optimize volume of work required by the on-account team
• Define and implement project plans in accordance with client’s needs as outlined in the MSA from Transition through Optimization (stabilization)
• Conduct MSA review with AD, Account and Transition Teams
• Cultivate and communicate with clarity client expectations on optimization deliverables
• Solid problem-solving skills and ability to focus both strategically and tactically to achieve firm and client transition and business goals
• Identify and manage overall project dependencies and ensure project deliverables stay on-time, on-target and on-budget
• Work with account team to ensure IFM client satisfaction during transition and optimization process
• Clearly define and align product and service line roles to support account teams
• Provide a clear management support structure between the product owner and the Account Management Lead
• The role requires some travel
Skills/Qualifications:
• 10 + years’ experience preferably in Account Management across multiple functional areas with deep technical knowledge of Facility Management
• Understanding of CMMS operations and system capabilities
• Detail driven and oriented with ability to drive results through various IFM teams
• Must have excellent leadership, team management and relationship building skills at the Account Director level or higher
• Preferred: Six Sigma Green Belt
• Solid program management and problem-solving skills with the ability to focus both strategically and tactically to achieve firm and client business goals
• Highly skilled in time management to facilitate involvement in multiple projects
• Excellent business and communication skills (written and oral)
• Leadership qualities such as conflict/issue resolution skills.
