As part of a global production team, responsible for functions related to providing effective implementation of the customer’s production needs in a global production model. Working with internal clients to drive process improvement through seeking out and identifying opportunities for global production and business process definition by defining and documenting processes and procedures to provide coordination, oversight, workflow analysis, production monitoring, and analysis of production reports to ensure process functionality and effectiveness in the global production process.
Seeking an experienced Analyst. Works independently, has title production environment knowledge and is able to use that knowledge to bring insight to the role, identify issues and inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
The position may be REMOTE for the fully qualified candidate.
Essential Functions
• Manages and leads mid-size to large projects that are multi-faceted/multi-departmental
• Analyzes customer’s production requirements to develop and implement production models.
• Provides input to management team to maximize production efficiencies
• Monitors performance, identifies and tracks trends, develops solutions, adjusts processes. Monitors accuracy of production site data to ensure minimum error rates are maintained and escalates concerns to management team.
• Designs and prepares reports and audits current procedures to monitor efficiency of production site processes
Knowledge and Skills/Technology Used
• Demonstrated practical experience of full cycle project management with strong understanding of methodologies and techniques and their application in business / production environments
• High level of business acumen, strategic agility, ability to develop processes and influence change
• Ability to diagnose and analyze problems; identify and drive appropriate solutions
• Experience facilitating and coordinating meetings with cross functional team members
• Strong written and verbal communications skills; strong presentation skills
• Collaborative with a sensitivity to cultural nuances
• Strong analytical skills
• Subject matter expertise in one or more production processes
• Strong MS skill set with related operating system/platform knowledge
