The Commercial Product Manager IV is responsible for managing several designated cash management products. The Product Manager IV position differs from the Product Manager I, II and III positions by complexity, risk and business/functional requirements of the products assigned, life cycle position of the products, and the amount of industry involvement and project management required of the incumbent.
For assigned products, major responsibilities include:
• Developing and executing strategic and tactical plans to meet market share and revenue goals,
• Monitoring profit margin targets and managing revenue and expense drivers, including pricing,
• Developing and rolling-out new products and enhancements to existing services,
• Ensuring quality assurance and client contracts,
• Providing ongoing product support and enhancing market visibility and
• Participating in bank-wide conversion projects (e.g. bank acquisition and/or system conversion)
• Additional Duties & Responsibilities:
• Includes development of marketing collateral, service agreements, product training, client implementation, and internal/external communications
• Oversees quality assurance for the assigned product(s) to ensure performance to profitability goals and client satisfaction
• As required, participates in bank-wide conversion projects (e.g. bank acquisition and/or system conversion),
• Monitors product revenue and expense, influences the drivers of revenue and expense to meet profitability goals of the assigned product(s)
• Establishes price points and recommends unit prices
• Researches and defines the product and technological requirements of clients, leads with Manufacturing, the development and testing of new products and enhancements to existing services, and initiates all product launch activities for the product(s)
• Supports Corporate Banking Services Product Specialists when technical expertise is required
• Provides ongoing product support for all business partners, conducts product training, participates in product packaging, promotion, and development of market
• Establishes, executes, evaluates, and monitors the strategic direction of the assigned product(s), creates tactical plans, and develops appropriate funding documents for new products and major enhancements in collaboration with Team Leader and Director

Qualifications
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required. Advanced degree (MBA) can be counted toward experience
• 10+ years of relevant experience in banking, product management & development and project management
• Ability to execute both strategic and tactical efforts related to the development and management of new products/product enhancements
• In depth knowledge of specific Cash Management products and the overall industry
• Ability to manage multiple, complex projects and work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
• Ability to understand complex systems and technology processes
• Ability to work, thrive and interact in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Leadership skills to manage projects across multiple functional areas
