Mission
Assists the Treasurer and the CFO in setting up wires to finance the activity as well as to borrow money with Société Générale Head Office.
Participates in the weekly funding meeting to discuss and execute the funding strategy and reviews on a quarterly basis the liquidity gaps and the controls to stay within defined Asset and Liability Management policy.
Participates in monitoring, analyzing and forecasting of SG US activities results, scarce resources consumption, including RWA, liquidity, Balance Sheet and leverage ratio consumption:
• Reviews deals to be funded daily and assists treasurer on maintaining enough liquidity to fund upcoming deals.
• Provides support to CFO and local management and on treasury and liquidity related topics.
• Participates in local budgeting and stress-testing activities.
• Participates in processes documentation and improving processes.
• Participates in regulatory monitoring and implementation of new standards.
• Participates in Scarce Resources analysis development (liquidity and RWA).
• Assist in running and monitoring our liquidity gaps, currency risk and interest rate sensitivities
• Assist in the preparation of the financial statements and reports.
• Assist in updating daily interest rate reports used to price new deals
Profile
Technical Skills:
• MS Excel
• MS Powerpoint
• VBA is a plus
• Knowledge of Horus, X-one and SG treasury tools is a plus

Experience Needed:
• 3-6 years of working experience in a finance department
• Accounting base knowledge
• Experience in Equipment Finance
• Working knowledge of treasury activities
• Working knowledge of financial reporting & analysis
• US Regulatory environment knowledge is a plus
• Data Management is a plus
• Audit / internal controls is a plus
Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting
