Lead all digital marketing and digital media campaigns for the Nasdaq Board & Leadership business unit. This candidate must possess have a strong grasp of digital marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns that drive lead generation for both topline growth and upsell opportunities from concept to execution. S/he will work closely with the Director of Marketing and supporting teams (such as the Corporate Digital/Web Team, Corporate Creative/Design Team), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, PPC and display advertising, re-marketing, tag management, ABM, ROI and market analysis, website relaunches, technical on-page elements, sponsored social media campaigns and content syndication with industry publications that drive lead generation.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end experience across multiple channels and client/prospect touch points
• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide perspective for adoption where appropriate
Requirements:
• BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
• At least 7 years of proven working experience in digital marketing, ideally within software or technology industry
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, SEO/SEM, PPC and display advertising campaigns, sponsored social media campaigns and content syndication with industry publications
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics,)
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
• Experience with creating and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
