The Large and Global Client Segment includes the world’s leading and largest corporations. The Large and Global Client Marketing team is focused on retaining these clients and expanding our relationships by leveraging customer insights to develop relevant, compelling and impactful communications. The Vice President of Large/ Global Clients Marketing role is part of the Global Marketing leadership team and directly supports the Large/ Global Clients segment strategy to expand T&E leadership and become the supplier payments partner of choice.
More specifically, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Expanding programmatic marketing programs to effectively communicate the corporate card value proposition to both card members and decision makers and drive advocacy
• Partnering with sales and product teams to embed our supplier payments solutions directly into client payment ecosystems
• Driving global customer experience consistency through the customer lifecycle
• Scaling trigger marketing programs to grow and retain customer spend in partnership with field and account development teams
• Partnering closely with product teams to develop winning benefits and strategies
• Leading a large cross-functional team
Qualifications
• 10+ years of marketing experience
• Experience managing large cross-functional teams
• Success motivating and influencing internal partners, agencies and external partners
• Strong strategic and creative thinker with the ability to develop compelling strategies and translate into successful executions
• Proven track record of driving results
• Strong oral and written communications skills
• Proven track record of effectively managing, inspiring and developing talent
• Global B2B marketing experience is a plus
• MBA or equivalent experience, strongly preferred.
