The CSI Financial Relationship Advisor is focused on helping customers build profitable futures, fostering meaningful relationships with customers to better understand their needs, increase satisfaction, and deliver high-quality investment sales support. Colleagues in this role will build collaborative relationships with partners and supporting sales groups to meet the daily needs of clients. Advisors will provide ongoing advice and guidance to our clients to help them achieve their financial goals.
The CSI Financial Relationship Advisor will speak directly with clients to determine their investment needs, recommend investments strategies, and present investment choices by pre-selling various financial products and services to meet the client’s objectives. The CSI Financial Relationship Advisor will be responsible for providing coaching and sales support to Call Center colleagues, as well as developing strong working relationships with the Financial Consultants and other Wealth partners in the field.
Qualifications
• Active Series 7, 66 (65 and 63), and life insurance licenses
• Established track record of top-ranked sales performance
• Experience and comfort with phone based servicing and sales, ideally financial or investment product sales
• Established track record of top-ranked sales performance
• Able to adapt quickly to changing requirements or environments
• Strong initiative and self-motivation to drive production goals and increase knowledge of the broader financial investment business
• Superior planning skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel and ability to learn new software
• Superior interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
• Motivated to provide the best banking experience to our customers
Hours & Work Schedule
Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday
