Description
The ESG Operations Coordinator assists the ESG leadership team with day-to-day tasks including managing processes, organizing the team, helping drive initiatives and providing administrative support.
Major Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to the Partner-in-Charge of ESG
• Provide calendar and time management for internal and external leadership responsibilities
• Manage process for internal and external committees and meetings led by the Partner-in-Charge of ESG
◦ This includes meeting agendas, room and technology set-up, meeting minutes, and implementation of assigned follow-up/action items
• Provide general administrative supporting including but not limited to:
◦ travel arrangements, expense reports, field incoming calls, prepare letters, proofread documents, scan documents, send packages via FedEx or courier, etc.
• Assist preparation of documents, spreadsheets and presentations, as needed
• Assist partner billing process
• Provide project management assistance
• Assist with written and verbal communications with ESG clients and internal department
• Assist with onboarding of ESG clients
• Assist with monitoring of ESG compliance standards
• All other duties, as assigned
Requirements
Preferred Experience/Background/Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related degree, preferred
• Five to seven years of work experience in a related position.
• Strong organization, planning, scheduling and problem solving skills.
• Ability to take initiative with drive results.
• Ability to provide superior quality work with minimal errors.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office 2010 (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
• Ability to handle routine tasks with minimal supervision.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively in deadline situations.
• Highly motivated, energetic and resourceful.
• Able to work independently, as well as a team member.
• Ability to work in excess of normal work hours, when necessary.
