JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for revenue growth from all channels, with a specific focus on account analysis. Develop pricing disciplines for commercial clients including pricing strategy, annual pricing reviews and review of governance. Develop tracking for annual billing and fee income. Working with a database team, develop a data warehouse for account analysis. Develop rules for non-analyzed fees, waivers, and reversals. Work as a liaison between several areas of the bank, including Marketing, Operations, IT, Compliance, Legal, Audit, and Risk. Creates product sales programs to drive revenue and deposit growth. Identifies the risks associated with product lines and contributes to process development and management to minimize risk. Performs all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop pricing strategy that reflects the bank and product offering. Working with internal and vendor systems, develop automated billing methods that support the pricing strategy.
2. Perform review of the account analysis system and develop/implement recommendations for client setup and processing to streamline processing and reduce errors.
3. Perform fee and waiver analysis and make recommendations. Implement annual reviews of fee exceptions, waivers, and ECR exceptions.
4. Interface with all product managers acting as the pricing expert.
5. Develop and maintain product pricing proforma. Act as the pricing expert and provide support to sales for proposals and customer billing matters.
6. Develop strategies to pass applicable fees to consumer and small business accounts in a way that is fair and complies with regulatory guidelines.
7. Provides source data for product line communications by defining product marketing communication objectives.
8. Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data, reviewing production and sales costs, anticipating volume, costing, special and customized orders.
9. Takes responsibility for and ensuring product pricing is well understood by sales teams and clients. Coordinates with compliance, legal, and marketing to ensure information is properly communicated.
10. Creates and manage product sales programs to ensure growth in product revenue.
11. Understands the technical side of account analysis, while considering its applications in the real world. Is involved in product testing and collecting feedback from early users and testers.

Qualifications
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
• Thorough knowledge of account analysis systems and customer setup/application.
• Thorough knowledge of Treasury Management product lines, emphasis on account analysis, billing, and reporting.
• Experience with development of revenue goals and revenue reporting.
• Working knowledge of emerging Fin-Tech solutions and technologies.
• Effective vendor/contract management and negotiation skills.
• Excellent Excel computer skills; bonus for database skills. Intermediate skills in Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions that have significant impact on the immediate work unit and cross functional departments.
• Ability to organize and prioritize own work schedule and the work schedules of others on a short-term and long-term basis.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback to subordinates.
• Ability to make informal and formal presentations, inside and outside the organization; speaking before assigned team or other groups as needed.
• Ability to deal with complex difficult problems involving multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR LICENSES:
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College or University and a minimum of 5+ years related work experience in a Product Management role.
• Prior hands on experience with an account analysis system.
• Prior experience in the banking or financial services is required
