Job Summary:
Provides senior-level ATM operations and software support of Express Banking machines by ensuring all system testing and issues are identified, documented, and resolved within appropriate timeframes. Responsible for leading the project team for preparing functional requirements, feasibility studies, program specifications, user test plans, user documentation, and user training plans. Functions as an internal consultant for applications support departments and provides operations process support. This Position Reports to: Director ATM Services
Major Responsibilities:
• Manage the Express Banking operations, requires an experienced system analyst to develop and manage operational and project processes.
• Assist in management of project related analysis (e.g. Win7 to Win10 upgrade), technical requirements and designs, testing coordination, deployment tasks, as well as post-deployment certification, production support, and vendor management. SA skills are needed ongoing for strategic projects that originate beyond Express Banking rollout, supporting the uptime of these strategic machines.
• Work closely with the Help Desk, Project Leads, and business partners and will be responsible for driving technology changes arising from projects impacting Express Banking machines and monitoring software.
Qualifications:
• Work Experience Typically has 5 - 7 years of ATM Operations experience, 2-3 years of experience in process engineering and 2 years experience in project management.
• Required a high level of analytical skills as recognized by industry standards, as well as extensive bank operations knowledge
• Education Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems.
• Must have extensive ATM and Retail Bank experience, as the Express Banking machines are in fact expanded ATMs. This includes hardware and software implementations, move/add/changes, ATM Operations (including problem resolution and uptime monitoring).
