Description
Amegy Bank has the resources to serve leading companies as a source of capital as well as provide efficient and effective treasury management, international and investment services. With more than 75 locations throughout Texas, Amegy specializes in small business banking, private financial management and trust services for families, individuals, retail and mortgage banking services.
Amegy is looking for an experienced product implementation manager to oversee the delivery of the bank’s digital banking services in addition to providing support to ensure the successful implementation of deposit and card products.
The Ideal candidate will have the skills and experience necessary to
• Develops and maintains internal relationships at Amegy and at the Enterprise vital to change management.
• Actively participate on assigned project teams to help ensure client focused solutions are delivered to market
• Amegy’s subject matter expert on all digital product and service offerings
• Escalate product/service issues to the appropriate enterprise team and track through resolution
• Review and approve business cases and product requirements on behalf of Amegy
• Test, and provide feedback on pilot programs for new products and services
• Ensure that the Amegy sales, support and management team are informed about product releases, changes and issues.
• Provide changes to operations team for policy & procedures updates
• Collaborate with Marketing, Communication and Sales teams to create internal and external strategies for new product releases, enhancements and changes.
• Collaborate with Marketing Department to define a strategy for increasing usage of digital bank services.
• Make pricing recommendations and implement the approved changes
• Review and manage monthly billing file Business Online Banking & Direct Connect
• Complete quarterly digital compliance product audit
• Hold monthly meeting with Executive Management team to provide Digital Banking updates and performance review
• Manage relationship with check vendor
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
• Typically requires a bachelor's degree in business, communications or related field and 4+ years project or product management experience preferably in the banking industry.
• Combination of experience and education may meet requirements.
• Digital/Mobile banking experience preferred
• Understands technological solutions to deliver bank products and services
• Working knowledge of retail banking products and services preferred
• Demonstrates the ability to problem solve and develop customized solutions
• Knowledge of project management and product management techniques
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Can manage multiple complex projects
• Must be a self-starter, adaptable
• Ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft office programs preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
