Role/Responsibilities
Job Summary – Reconcile payroll interface from HR system, validate employee changes for Americas payroll and liaise with HRIS to resolve issues from employee transactions. Track and process payroll related tax inquiries and maintain tracking schedule. Ensure quarterly reviews of multi-jurisdictional employee tax set up are reviewed and updated timely to ensure accurate year end reporting.
Qualifications
• 4-6 years prior payroll experience
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Advanced skills required with Microsoft word and excel applications
• Must possess strong analytical skills
• ADP Applications knowledge a plus
