Job Description
• Eugene, Oregon
• 40 hours per week (8am and 5pm), Monday through Friday
• $14-20 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities
• Providing exceptional client service
• Managing Advisor schedules
• Preparing and processing new business and correspondence
• Resolving service inquiries for clients
• Resolving business processing issues with corporate office
• Maintaining paperless records systems
• Providing reception fill-in (answering phones, greeting clients and extending hospitality)
• Staying current with ongoing training for tools, office processes, and other skills
• Providing marketing assistance with and/or participation in various activities
• Maintaining compliance with mandatory regulatory requirements and ongoing changes
• Performing other duties as needed to assist with meeting clients’ needs and office productivity
• (e.g., data entry, report generation, forms preparation, scanning and filing)
Required Qualifications
• You must have at least one year financial services experience!
• Desire to learn and grow personally and professionally in the financial services industry
• Professional, confident, and courteous manner, both on the phone and in person
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Discretion and the ability to handle confidential data
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, advisors, and other staff
• Strong computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn proprietary tools
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Ability to adhere to rules and regulations as required by advisor, firm, and regulatory agencies
• Team player who also takes initiative and works independently
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred. Background and reference checks are mandatory.
