Description
The Personal Lines Trainer will provide product and Agency system technical training support to all Personal Lines staff. The trainer will also provide similar support to Commercial Lines and Benefits staff as needed. The PL Trainer, in concert with the Training Specialist III and Senior Vice President , will develop and provide an Insurance based Onboarding plan for all new EIG employe
Manager carrier log in requests for Personal Lines and Commercial Lines staff at all levels of engagement.
Manage all aspects of the PL and CL Procedure Manual including process change management. Assist Benefits in the creation and maintenance of a similar document as needed.
Conduct annual Process Improvement reviews for all PL staff. This includes auditing and managing all PL staff and their use of all PL insurance proprietary and technology tools.
Create and manage Super User process for systems and products with agency management system upgrade
Manage Training Matrix for Personal Lines technical training. Includes external vendors and internal resources. Designs and develops curricula and support materials such as job aids and other tools for compliance, customer service and other professional skills topics
Participates in systems upgrades and/or conversions and agency acquisition training events by participating on the project team, developing materials to support the event, and delivery of materials to various audiences
Travel to all Eastern Insurance locations.
Qualifications
High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 2-years’ experience and previous teaching and/or training experience are preferred.
Industry specific designations such as CISR, CPIA, CIC are preferred but not required
