OneAmerica is seeking an experienced, reliable and results oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our company. This role will be responsible for supporting leaders in the Information Technology division.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The ideal candidate is highly motivated, professional, and capable of supporting multiple executives, managing workloads and prioritizing tasks in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: managing and prioritizing schedules and complex calendar needs; coordinating travel and reimbursements; preparing correspondence and producing dynamic PowerPoint presentations for company and industry meetings; planning, coordinating, and executing quarterly division meetings.
The successful incumbent must have the ability to multi-task and work independently while prioritizing workflow with minimal supervision. This position requires good judgment, ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality. Incumbent will maintain and process confidential information regarding business activities and assist in the implementation of new processes and effectively work with and provide service to internal customers by collaborating with all areas of the organization.
Requirements
Position requires: High School Diploma/GED; 4+ years of experience in a related support role; high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Visio; excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and must possess keen attention to detail.
