Fidelity Bank is seeking an Digital Banking Representative to be responsible for assisting new and existing customers with the online banking and mobile channels by answering questions regarding system functionality as well as banking product questions within that channel. Customer questions range from concerns about their accounts, check cards, online banking, mobile banking, and online bill pay through phone calls, emails and online banking messages.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Using established policies and procedures, assist new and existing Fidelity Bank customers in a call center environment. This includes using the consultative selling approach to determine service needs and completing necessary documentation to establish customer relationships.
• Process requests to add/change online account access (internal or external), close accounts, change addresses, check card inquiries, loan information requests, and handle general banking questions.
• Manage online enrollment requests (commercial /retail online banking, online bill pay, etc.).
• Effectively and professionally respond to written inquiries via email or secure message.
• Process daily fees generated from customers’ online banking activities.
• Support customers with general questions regarding mobile phone functionality.
• Participate in testing of new online and mobile banking products prior to general customer release and then train employees and customers during roll out.
• Accurately complete various monthly account reconciliations and supporting reports in order to maintain precise accounting of financials.
• Provide management with system enhancement ideas and forward any ideas/suggestions from customers to management.
