The Quality Assurance Analysts will report to the Quality Assurance Manager.
The Quality Assurance Analysts work as a team to review and analyze work performed by the Group Retirement processing teams to assure the highest quality for each client request. The analysts provide feedback to both individual processors and managers related to quality results. The analysts also partner with various other teams including the training team, the client forms team, and various project teams to ensure appropriate communication and partnership to achieve optimal client satisfaction as well as employee retention and engagement.

Duties and responsibilities
• As an effective and efficient Quality Assurance Analyst, your performance will consistently meet or exceed the Key Performance Indicators.
• Your communication with the processing and the training teams will be professional, concise, effective and encouraging to ensure the highest quality for our clients while ensuring employee engagement in the same.
• Your review and analysis will extend beyond the single processing error to include feedback and suggestions to appropriate teams for additional training for individuals and teams as well as potential enhancement or revisions to processes, training manual and client request forms.
What we are looking for
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field for minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Analytical skills that extend beyond the obvious end result.
• Effective communication skills including written, verbal and interpersonal
• Knowledge of defined contribution plans is preferred.
