The Expertise We’re Looking For
• BS/BA degree required
• Series 7 & 63 required (pass within 90 days)
• 10+ years RIA or related industry experience
• Must have solid understanding of a variety of aspects of the wealth management industry, competitive landscape, and strong familiarity with Fintech solutions
• Experience working with Advisors, especially developing strategy and designing and implementing solutions
The Purpose of Your Role
The Vice President, Digital Strategy Consultant is responsible for working with RIAs to help them grow and evolve their businesses. You must be well versed in understanding the trends, opportunities and challenges facing these firms, as well as designing and articulating how Fidelity’s technologies, as well as 3rd party solutions helps firms evolve their businesses and thrive through transformational change. You will be a relied upon subject matter expert for FCCS Prospects, Clients, Sales and Relationship Management associates, as well as other internal and external business partners. You will engage with clients and prospects to ensure the awareness and adoption of relevant technology solutions that help them achieve their business growth, productivity and client satisfaction goals. You will also play a key role in both communicating the FIITS vision and roadmap, as well as making sure Fidelity Institutional initiatives are aligned with our clients and prospective clients’ business needs and priorities.

The Value You Deliver
Client and Prospects
• Engage with firms (both clients and prospects), gaining insight into opportunities and challenges, developing and delivering strategies to grow, scale and enhance client relationships for that firm
• Provide insights, best practices and thought leadership to clients and prospects
• Collaborating with FCCS regional leadership and field associates (Sales and Relationship Management), uncovering prospect and client opportunities to engage
• Understand Fidelity and 3rd party solutions for firms, while having deep insight into selection, implementation, configuration and optimization
• Represent Fidelity at client & industry conferences delivering the platform value proposition in the form of one-on-one conversations and speaking engagements
Platform Strategy & Development
• Contribute to the development of the strategic platform roadmap by providing key inputs based on observations in the areas of competition, prospect/client needs, and market evolution
• Play a key role in helping regional field associates understand the platform roadmap and strategies to execute against client and prospect opportunities
Communication Strategy
• Work with the regional leader to develop and implement the communication and education strategy on FIITS solutions and applicability to firm needs and goals
• Work with FCCS marketing to develop messaging that drives adoption of technology products and services
