Help us continue in our success as a Regional Marketing Specialist based in our Richmond office, supporting the local office as well as additional state-wide efforts.
What your day looks like:
• Work with Partners and business development professionals to draft and develop proposals
• Plan, organize, and execute internal and external meetings, marketing events, seminars and mixers
• Assist with key industry initiatives, trade organization involvement and execution of growth plans
• Manage local marketing budget and expenses
• Manage data and reporting in CRM (Microsoft Dynamics)
• Assist with tracking and documenting project progress and completion using project management software (Wrike)
• Assist with creation and approval of new hire/promotion PR announcements
• Collaborate with Firm Marketing to create and place print and banner ads with relevant publications
• Inform Firm Marketing about regional social media posting opportunities and upcoming regional speaking engagements for professionals
• Maintain marketing collateral and team bios
• Participate in marketing team meetings and regional meetings as needed
What you need for this role:

• At least 3 years of marketing experience in a professional services or B2B environment
• Bachelors Degree in marketing, public relations, communications or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal skills required
• Proficiency with all aspects of MS office
• CRM and data management experience a plus
• Ability to attend events outside of business hours as needed
