Our Affiliate Strategic Initiatives team is looking for a Program Coordinator to provide operational and administrative support to several projects. This is an incredible opportunity for someone with intellectual curiosity and is looking to get their career started.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Tracking and Reporting
◦ Building Calendars
◦ Tracking Milestones and Success Criteria
◦ Building Progress Reports
◦ Risk and Issue Tracking
◦ Financial Tracking
◦ Monitor/Report on cross-project interdependencies
• Information Management
◦ Collecting and maintaining data, materials and contracts
• Logistics/Event Management
• Drafting written communications: PowerPoints; announcements; reports
• Contract Monitoring
◦ Acceptance Criteria
◦ SLAs
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, curious and able to work independently.
• Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and balance daily work.
