TitleVest is seeking a Document Preparation Specialist to perform multiple tasks, including (but not limited to) preparing transfer tax forms, deeds and power of attorney forms.
Essential Functions:
–Provide excellent customer service
-Conduct research using various resources to obtain property information
-Prepare transfer tax forms, deeds, and other documents using web-based tool or Microsoft Office program
-Create invoices based on service provided
-Respond to inquiries about status of pending orders
-Perform other duties as may be required or requested by supervisor
A successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and title/escrow related software
-Proficient PC skills
-Customer service experience
-Strong attention to detail
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-High School diploma or equivalent
-1-2 years relevant title insurance experience preferred
