Job Description:
As a key member of the Sales team, the CRM Product Manager will provide strategic direction and governance for the Customer Relationship Management platform and related services. The Product Manager will be responsible for managing the CRM throughout the product lifecycle: continually conceiving and refining the product vision and strategy, aligning teams, developing the roadmap, and executing on the vision through projects.
The CRM Product Manager will develop a strategic vision for the CRM, advocate for the strategy with executive stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the firm to achieve the goals of the product strategy and the firm’s goals.
Responsibilities
• Manage the full product lifecycle
• Set and articulate a strategic vision and product roadmap for CRM at Dimensional
• Align the product vision with the firm’s goals
• Advocate for the CRM strategy with executive stakeholders
• Perform Voice of the Customer activities with CRM users
• Measure and drive adoption of product features and functionality
• Develop metrics and measures of success
• Measure product metrics and plan product improvements
• Develop the CRM product roadmap
• Coordinate and align the product team
• Coordinate with related product managers and product roadmaps
• Understand customers’ use cases and identify high-level functional requirements
• Sponsor projects and work closely with project teams
• Plan and coordinate communication, user acceptance, release, and retirement activities
• Manage relationship with Microsoft and guide the decision process for upcoming releases
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 5 or more years of experience managing products
• Demonstrated ability to lead without authority
• Strong decision-making with imperfect information
• Demonstrated project management experience
• Knowledge of product management best practices
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, engaging both technical and non-technical audiences
