Description
Develop/Write procedure documents to support the Home Equity business.
Job Responsibilities
• Consult with process owners, subject matter experts and managers to document new procedures and workflows based on changes to process or policy, regulatory or audit requirements.
• Write procedures following the Corporate Policy and Procedure framework including the style guide
• Submit drafts and revisions to subject matter experts or process owners for review and maintain documentation of approvals.
• Revise and Edit procedure documentation in support of changes and annual review lifecycle.
• Report progress to management as required.
• Participation in meetings with internal and external colleagues to identify process and procedure impacts due to changes driven by regulatory requirements, system enhancements, new product or program introductions, or process improvements.
• Manage procedure inventory
Qualifications
• 5-10 years of corporate-level operational experience
• Must be a self starter
• Very strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills
• Must be able to communicate in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to learn and document new processes according standards
• Flexibility to work on multiple tasks and deadlines
• Demonstrated organization, analytical and prioritizations skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Word
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, DocuShare & GRC
Hours and Work Schedule
Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday
