Overview of the Role
The Product Development Coordinator will report to the AVP of Product Strategy and Development to provide support to the Global Co-Head of Product Strategy and Development and the Product Development Team. The role will own coordination of Product Development team activities including scheduling and resourcing meetings, reviewing internal and external presentations, and driving consistency in the team’s deliverables.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Lead expense report preparation and submission for team lead; provide training and support to other team members
• Manage schedules for regular and ad hoc meetings
• Develop travel itineraries
• Review presentation materials for clarity, accuracy, and editorial precision
• Propose and integrate improvements for presenting data especially within Powerpoint presentations
• Implement style consistency and clear-communication for internal and external team presentations
• Coordinate development of materials for regular meetings with ExCo and Fund Boards
• Build relationships across departments

• Interest in learning about asset management and product development for additional responsibilities
• 0-3 years’ experience in the asset management business
• Bachelor’s Degree
Ongoing competence in the role to be assessed by:
• Annual Performance Appraisal
• Completion of all assigned Compliance training
Working Environment/Physical Activities
• Overtime may be required on short notice and may include evening, weekend, holiday hours.
• Typical office environment with telephone, copier, fax machine, calculator.
• PC usage up to 70% of the time.
